I have been in the IT Industry since 1996 working as an IT Support Specialist supporting both small companies from 1 - 10 or so employees up to large companies such as Compaq/HP Computers/ Washington Mutual (formally Bank United) where I worked with my peer IT Techs to keep these companies up and running that hosted up to 500 or so employees many different types of computers. laptops, servers, printers, routers, switches, etc. From the years of experience and technical training along the way, I gained a lot of experience and decided it was time to start up my own IT Business supporting Residential and Small Businesses.
In 2010, I decided to focus my IT experience, knowledge and support on a more personal / business level, getting to know my customers as more like the GO TO IT guy. In doing this, I started up my own company to support residential and small businesses independently.
I have been supporting as an Independent IT Support Specialist since 2010, and have successfully been taking care of my customers in all their IT needs on a regular basis.
I come from a large family, being the 11th Child in my family with 7 sisters and 3 brothers, and 2 very supportive parents. We moved to Houston, Texas in 1973 so that my father could support our family in which he started up his own business running a gas station out in Spring called Ripley's Muffler & Brakes. Growing up I learned a lot of responsibility while helping my father and family out with the business. One main thing I learned from my father and still stands today as his main Motto, "Treat your customers as you would like to be treated yourself." I base both my own IT business and personal life on that same Motto because I believe that if you treat people with respect, you will get the same in return
